Refund Policy

Our refund policy

Our refund policy is simple: we will refund the full value of any sealed bottles of medicine and boxes of oral capsules if our GS proves ineffective in treating the symptoms of feline infectious peritonitis in your cat.

Cancellation

An order can be canceled before it has been picked up by the carrier. Once picked up, the order can only be considered a return, not a cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us immediately via chat,  email  , or  phone . If the order qualifies for cancellation, we will refund 100% of the order amount, less transaction fees. We will not charge restocking fees.

Returns 

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, it is considered a return. If you do not wish to accept the shipment, simply inform the carrier that you are refusing it. We will arrange for the return of the item. If you have received the shipment and used any items, only return unused items. We do not accept returns of opened, partially used blister packs, or capsule packages. We will charge $20 USD to cover the costs of processing your order, including the labor involved in shipping your order, receiving, and restocking your returned order. Shipping costs, processing fees, and any import taxes paid on your behalf by us are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date the order was placed. 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 48 hours. We will send you an email notification with the refund amount and status. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days. We can only issue refunds to the original payment method. Therefore, we will not refund purchases made with your bank and/or credit card, which incur a 3% processing fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first contact your credit card company and check the original charge on your bank statement. It can take up to 30 business days in some countries before your refund is officially posted. Refunds may be posted as cancellations of your original purchase in some countries, not as a credit to your account. Your credit card company should be able to tell you how the refund is being processed.

 

If you paid by another payment method such as Paypal or other cashless payment transfer systems, please contact us so we can check the status of your payment transfer.

Changes or substitutions (if applicable)

We can only replace items damaged during shipping. Please email us at  curapif@gmail.com  with a description of the situation and photos of the damaged items. We will send you a replacement within 24 hours of approval.
