We offer a refund of the full value of your purchase, ensuring fairness and transparency in our commitment to your satisfaction.

 

Please note that a nominal processing fee of €20 will be charged to cover labor, materials, and shipping costs associated with your order. Kindly bear in mind that we are unable to refund any payment processing fees, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the ordering date. After we receive the returned vials at our shipping center and verify that they are in resale condition, we will process your refund via your original form of payment within 48 hours.
